Steve's research centres on the investment and financial behaviour of firms, for example the effects of uncertainty and financing constraints on corporate investment, and the effects of taxation on company dividend policies. Other interests include corporate taxation, investment and economic growth, and panel data econometrics. 
Research Interests: Applied microeconometrics, particularly the investment and financial behaviour of firms.
